I have had DSTV for more than 10 years. I have had problem with my pvr and replaced my PVR (the 4th one that I had to replaced) in April 2013 . I had problems connecting my PVR with the Extra view. the problem was eventually solved. I reviewed my bank account in September and picked up that I was double charged for my subscription. I logged my first complaint (case no 3952213) on the 4th of September 2013 where I was informed that they need to get the recoding to verify my conversation.
Every month I followed up, the same reply was given. On the 26th November I informed them that I am going to go Public wit the story.
They have apologised for the delay and told me that the matter will be resolved with in an week.
My dstv was switched off again and I had to spend 1.5 hours on the phone again trying to explain.
I would like my money owed and I would like to settle my account.
