DSTV DEBITS AS THEY PLEASE

ON 24 MARCH 2013 I CALLED IN TO CANCEL MY EXTRA VIEW AS I WAS GOING AWAY FOR A FEW DAYS AND WANTED TO USE THE EXTRA DECODER, UNAWARE OF THE IMPACT IT WOULD HAVE ON MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION I CONTINUED WITH IT, I FAILED TO CALL BACK AND ACTIVATE MY EXTRA WHICH I TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR I WAS BILLED R1937 THIS MONTH. I CALLED IN TO SPEAK TO TSHEPO WHO COULD NOT FULLY EXPLAIN WHY THIS AMOUNT, AS TO MY LOGIC IT WOULD ONLY BE A CHARGE OF DOUBLE WHAT MY SUBSCRIPTION NOT AN EXTRA R523, AFTER SPEAKING TO HIS SUPERVISOR I AM TOLD THAT ANNA ON THE INITIAL CALL WAS TO ADVISE ME OF A PRO RATA OF R523 WHICH ACCORDING TO PEARL WHOM I SPOKE TO ADVISED ANNA FAILED TO GIVE ME THE PRO RATA AS THE CALL CUT BUT HOW DOES A CALL CUT IF ONE SAYS "GOODBYE" VERY STRANGE, ALSO TO MENTION I CALLED ON IN 30 APRIL AND WAS ADVISED THIS WILL BE SORTED IN 48 HOURS WHICH IS NOT THE CASE AS ITS 08 MAY 5 WORKING DAYS LATER SO OVERDUE BY 72 HOURS . SO WHY DID ANNA NOT ADVISE ME OF WHAT THE CHANGE I MADE WOULD MEAN TO MY ACCOUNT AND WHY DOES IT TAKE SO MUCH LONGER FOR A SUPERVISOR TO SORT THIS OUT OR IS THIS THE RIGHT DSTV HOLDS SINCE THEY THE PREMIUM SUPPLIER OF "ENTERTAINMENT".
