Multichoice suspend my account every other day, when i call them they dont tell me what the problem is but re-connect. My account is up to date but they keep on disconneting my services. i logged a formal complaint with them and Thabile sent an email apologising and promissed that it wont happen again but it is disconnected again now and when you phone their call centre they take ages to answer while they are busy with their stupid adverts that i am not interested in. i am not making free calls and they should refund me for the calls i make.
i want this sorted with immediate effect before i cancel my contract with them, .
