How many times should one complain about service levels and bad accounting...
I have decided to upgrade my subscription for the week to accommodate my parents that is visiting.
I had to stay in the queue for over 30min and when I asked the consultant the amount, he said he will send it via email.
This morning I received the notice that the services was suspended due to outstanding fees, which is not a problem. I would gladly pay if I knew the amount. I was hoping that it would still be mailed and not have to phone again.
I was on the Family option (R170 R100=R280) The R100 is for Xtraview and care plan.
The notification said R400 odd Rand is payable.?..
The best thing is that I have to pay for the reconnection fee too!
Please sort it out or else I'll be disconnecting and get Hulu and Netflix which is more value for money anyway.
