I am done!

1. I order my new HD Decoder made payment on 12-11-2013. Only received it a few days later. 2. I had a lot of problems from 18-11-2013 with new decoder and I phoned in every night and day to get everything sored out but only got I will phone back never heard anything. Then I got news I'm going to get refunded and now I wait almost 2 weeks for a call from Financial Department to phone and confirm my details. Don't know what to do any more. I went so far as to getting DSTV now and still no answer on when I am getting my money back.
I will take this to the next level. I AM DONE WITH WAITING AND NO MORE!!!
