My DSTV PVR was faulty and after phoning in I was advised to take it into the nearest branch -- which is N1 City for me. I walked in the front door to be issued a ticket number and went directly to counter no 15 where I was assisted by Nolu. I explained my problem, she listened carefully and then tried to resolve my query. Thereafter she explained it to her work college and within 5 minutes I was walking out a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
Well done DSTV if all your staff are this efficient I would like to send a lot of other companies (like Vodacom) to you for some mentorship.
