I am so fed up with KRB attorneys. They contacted me regarding outstanding money on my tv license. The amount outstanding was R1250.00. Mr Theo Visagie from KRB told me that if I pay before the 20th March, I qualify for a special discount of R600 so will only have to pay R650.00. I paid this amount on the 20/03/2013. I contacted KRB attorneys for proof that the outstanding amount has been settled, nobody could help me. I have contacted them numerous times... eventually Mr Theo Visagie gave me such bad attitude and told me he cant help me. I have received numerous email from them every second day telling me to contact them regarding the money I owe. Can somebody PLEASE help me with this? The service I got from KRB attorneys is horrific and I am shocked that a huge company like SABC are using them to do collections.
