I am profoundly disgusted with the way in which this company conducts business. I advised the SABC I cancelled my licence in September last year. Despite this, I have received numerous SMSs and letters of demand for payment of renewal of the same licence.
When the SMSs first started, I contacted their office via their website. However, nobody bothered to do anything to assist.
I phoned the office in February and was given a reference number and told to fax my correspondence with the SABC through to fax number 086 621800, which I did.
Again, and in spite of my efforts to communicate with them, I am still receiving obstreperous letters of demand.
These communications are intrusive and distressing, and I am shocked that no-one in a supposedly professional business appears capable of resolving this situation satisfactorily.
