We are extremely unhappy after my wife's new phone and money was from her closed handbag whilst we where watching a movie at your Menlyn cinema. Its shocking that this happens in your "family friendly" environment! And all that your staff and management say is "that these things happens" and they take note! I am very unhappy on how this is just brushed off and our problem! That after it was quite empty inside, so it had to be organised crime. I really think you can do more to warn your customers about this trend, or even compensate their loss... But then it effects your profit, hey? VERY UNSATISFYING!!!
