Saturday the 15th, my wife and myself went to watch a movie. The sound was a little dodgy, and the aircon not as efficient as expected.
After the movie had finished, I went to the manager, unfortunatly I forgot her name, to complain. I do regret to say that I was very disrespectful and demeaning towards her.
She assisted us.
About 20min later I went back to apologize. She listened and accepted the apology.
Through the proses she handled the situation very profesionally.
I commend her.
