I pay my account a year in advance but still Multichoice turns off my service every month and every month i am forced to pay huge telephone bills while i wait for approx 1 hour in a que on my cell phone to have the service I have already paid for to be switched on. I have never once been sent a notification of pending cancelling of services This has happened many times and i feel nobody at multichoice cares that their customers pay huge costs just trying to get a service that has been paid.
