This serves to confirm cancellation of two subscriptions under reference number 120235053. I have pointed out to the call centre consultant that there are TWO subscriptions but I received only one reference number. Consultant advised that the last subscription fee will be on 1st Feb 2013. I need to confirm this urgently as he didn't indicate or confirm whether both subscriptions will be cancelled.
