I contacted this call centre 3 times today, as I am a first time DSTV subscriber, and each time I tried, I was on hold for 15 minutes and still got no assistance. I mean this is airtime that is being used, and they still do not have the decency to phone the customer back after being put on hold for such a long time. They are a big company but at this moment their service delivery really needs to be improved tremendously. Highly dissapointed in Multichoice.
