On the 28th of October I realised that a decoder in the guestroom was faulty. Went to an accredited multichopice agency in Stellenbosch to have it repaired, and was told it has broken. Fine! Buy a new one. Faxed through the new card activation with all relevant details and phoned twice to inform them. Only voice message... you have reached nr 2281, please leave your name and nr. and we will get back to you. I have received a notification from them that they received my e-mail, and guess what??? still no activation. This is day FIVE!
