DISGUSTED BY POOR ACCOUNTS/BILLING DPT

MY SUBCRIPTION GOT CUT OFF ON SATURDAY, I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE TODAY, TO GET A MACHINE THAT TOLD ME THAT I OWE MULTICHOICE R950.

IN MY EXPERINECE, WITH DSTV, YOU PAY YOUR ACCOUNT IN ADVANCE, AND IF IT YHAPPENS THAT THEY DONT GET A MONTHS PREMIUM. THEY NORMALLY SEND ME AN SMS, OR ENVELOPE ON THE TV LETTING ME KNW THAT I OWE AND THEY ARE GONA CUT ME OFF. THIS IS NORMALLY BEFORE I EVEN OWE THEM R350. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN I OWE R950 WITH NO NOTIFICATION, NO SMS, NO EMAIL NOTHING.

WHERE DOES MULTICHOICE THINK I AM GOING TO GET THAT MONEY. I PAY BY DEBIT ORDER AND ALL THIS TIME, I HAVE BEEN THINKIN I AM OKAY WITH MY DEBITS HENCE I HAVE NOT BEEN CUT OFF NOW THEY WANT R950.

I WANT TO PUT THIS ON RECORD THAT, I CANNOT AFFORD AND WONT BE ABLE TO PAY THAT REDICULOUS AMOUNT. I CAN ONLY PAY MY NORMAL MONTHLY PREMIUM WHICH THEY CAN DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT. I NEED MY SERVICE RECONECTED. i DONT EVEN KNOW HOW YOU GOT TO R950 BCOZ GETTING TROUGH TO YOUR CALL CENTRE IS IMPOSSIBLE.

I FEEL SO ROBBED. THIS REALLY IS NOT PROFESSIONAL. i AM REALLY APPAULED BY YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT, SIES MAAN!
