Premium changed within a month of joining

When I joined MiWay, we agreed on a premium of R950.77. This was deducted in month 1. In month 2, MiWay deducts an amount of R1 644.10.
When I query this, I am told that when they updated my vehicle details on their system, something happened and they are not sure what.
MiWay then advised that they will reimburse me but they cannot keep the premium at R950.77.
This is a serious breach of the agreement we entered into. It's very unsettling when companies just violate contract laws this way.
MiWay needs to satisfy their contractual obligations full stop and not think a system glitch is a good enough excuse to take advantage of a client.
