We got married the 31st of August.
About 2weeks, if not more, before the wedding, we went and see Henk (who is the owner) to discuss the type of music played, lights time ect.
On my wedding day the first thing I noticed was that there were NO lights as discussed in our meeting nor was there a smoke machine. (This was paid for)
Henk himself confirmed he would do the wedding, but instead we were given 2 guys who don't really know what they are doing.
In the chapel I had a lady who came to sing, they had to help them set up the sound as blast couldn't get it fixed.
Their microphone did not work, they had to borrow the artist's microphone for the whole evening.
When my husband made a speech on his parents they started playing the the "groom's song"
We could hardly hear the speeches as their phones kept on having an impact on the sound.
As they are contracted to play until 1h00 am we expect good music until then. After 12am they started playing songs like "roof is on fire"
I had to go and ask them to please put of the song and play something else.
It is now 2months after my wedding and I am still struggling to get my money back. They keep on promising it will get paid but never does.
