Possibly the most ridiculous unprofessional group of people I had to encounter over my wedding.
They threatened to not play an hour before my wedding. I was in tears as they kept telling me I had not paid them any money even though I knew I had. Being threatened to not have any music at my wedding we paid them in again. Only to discover that I had actually paid them a deposit before the wedding which they had no record of.
Never in my life have a heard of people threatening the bride moments before she walks down the aisle. I had no other problem with paying other suppliers as they had contacted me days before the wedding to remind me, not an hour before like this company. Not only that, but I had spent days drawing up lists of songs and music which they didnt use. The music was stop start and everything I requested not to be played was played. The person in charge Charl didnt even bother to come apologize to me nor was he even at my wedding he left 2 young boys to sort my music.
The whole experience was awful.
dreadful company, run a mile!!
