No Connection Nr 8!!!

SInce I had my DSTV installed, this is the 8th time when I get to my holiday home that my DSTV is not working, saying "account suspended, please call Call Centre." My account is actually paid to date. Everytime when I had to phone it takes between 15 and 20 minutes to get it sorted!!! You have to listen to an on the line giving you a %^&*() course in useless DSTV!!! I got smarter trying to reset my service self by their wonderfull sms and web selfhelp service, only to get the message they cant solve my problem I must phone them!!! This morning I got smarter even, went to DSTV Jeffreysbay, locally and got their number which I must phone so they can reset it, I though thank you Lord this is easier! Ha ha ha ha! Phone from home then, after 15 min of my valuable airtime wasted I put down. So now once again you, Hello Peter for You!!! No $%^&*( service nr 8!!!
