One big mess from the start

I joined PlayMoreGolfSA at the end of November 2012. The consultant handling my membership up even after I asked if it was in time for debit order close-off. I then had to come in again and pay the monthly membership fee in store.

My membership was not activated, I had not received my login details, etc. so I asked my membership to be cancelled and refunded. Stephen called me and convinced me to stay and promised everything would be fine going forward. Against my better judgment I stayed.

I called again wondering why my details were not yet on the system and was told that my membership was now only effective 01 Jan 2013. I said ok and moved on.

On the 14th of Jan I received a newsletter which reminded me that I had still not received my Observatory Handicap card so I decided this was now the last straw. I emailed and requested my membership be cancelled once again due to incompetence and poor service.

I was contacted to say that my card was at The Pro Shop and I was sms'd but they had my contact number down wrong. This only proves my point that from the start this was one stuff up after another. I was also informed I would only get my Handicap card fee refunded. So sad!
