Two months in a row my account has been suspended due to non-payment! That when I pay per debit order - go figure. When I call they correct but surely I don't have to call every month, sit through that queue in order to not be disconnected. Strangely enough I spoke to the call center a few days ago (downgraded a service) and they assured me all was in order.
Highly frustrating. Reconnect and waive the R50 re-connection fee and I will consider posting that am happy again. Do this again and I will file another report.
