My DSTV worked perfectly fine, except for four channels being missing ever since the change over to the new technology. When I phoned the call centre today to ask why, they advised me to reset to factory settings, and suddenly nothing works. Now they're telling me that I must go to a walk in centre, takes no responsibility because they know I have no other options. And clearly I am not the only one with this problem judging from the number of discussion forums talking about this.
