This morning my car broke down and I phoned Budget Towline. Lesego, the call-centre agent was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. He phoned several times to give me the relevant info and to keep me updated. Solly from Firstroad towing was there within 30 minutes and was equally helpful and friendly.
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lesego and Solly for an excellent job! I have just recently become a Budget insurance customer and my experience this morning has confirmed that I have made the correct choice in car insurance provider.
