After numerous complaints and phonecalls my problem is still not solved i paid several amounts towards a new decoder and was told im gonna pay exgratia for the time of viewing but was now informed they changed systems and it was not recorded on the system not one of the supervisors gets back to me and they cut of my viewing but their are at fault if they do not get back to me asap i will change and go to dstv, realy disapointed in the way im been treated service.
