I have been trying to get Top Tv installed for the past two weeks, I can't seem to find a decoder ANYWHERE in Middelburg Mpumalanga after toptv's web site confirmed where to find a decoder, not one of the 5 PEP stores in middelburg stock these not bradlows, ok furnitures, price and pride etc, further more not one of the installers mentioned in the site install Toptv, I managed to find one installer after phoning top tv however they don't stock satellite dishes, I AM DISGUSTED WITH TOP TV and I don't even own one yet!
