No sound the whole day

This morning when I turned on my TV, there was no sound on Mnet. Tried by switching it on and off, plugging it out and in... no luck. Contacted you on Twitter where you gave me halfhearted answers... contacted you on FB where you IGNORED me. It is now past 7 in the evening and I STILL have no sound. You guys are quick enough to charge me R50 when I pay a day late (re-connection fee) now here is the real million dollar question, what do I get when I have no joy of having the service, which I pay for? Already I wasn't happy when you guys changed the programming to this 'terrestrial' one (guess it works out cheaper and trying to force me to get a dish, which I can't afford either) and now this, Please sort out your problems
