I pay my premium viewing subscription to Multichoice EVERY month in FULL but they still give me stories about technical issues when my DSTV-on-demand programs don't load. I don't CARE that you're having difficulty! If shows don't load, I shouldn't have to pay for the service then! Every single time I or my family members have contacted the call centre we wait a MINIMUM of 20 minutes to even talk to anyone. Please don't even try to contact me asking about incident reports, all subscribers who receive such a poor level of service should be compensated. It's a shame you don't have any competition yet, maybe then you'll care more about us as your supporters.
