Since this morning (08/10/2013) there were no signal.
I tried to contact ALL the call centres in South Africa several times, but you don't get through to anyone of them.
As far as I know a call centre is there to assist!
If there is a huge problem where you can't handle all the calls, at least leave a pre recorded message on the call centre numbers or on the website to inform the customers that you are aware of the problem and working on it.
I'm looking forward to my discount at the end of the month!
