I have purchased a top TV pre-paid voucher on the 1st of October 2013, to date I am unable to activate it because of error message "smart card invalid". I tried to call the contact centre countless times. The money that i used for airtime now exceeds the value of the voucher. It is now 7 days without basic TV. Horrific service.
