Multichoice
Still discriminating

I still feel that DSTV is discriminating against all their clients beyond the major cities.
I have made numerous attempts at trying to get a straight answer from them but they keep repeating them selves.
The last response I got from them about treating all their clients equally in regards to the DSTV Walka was the same as the previous responses. They started out with the 9 major cities and the goal is to include all their clients. The Walka has been available for about 4 years now and nothing has been done to include the rest of the paying customers. Why would Dstv not allow the customers that pay the same fee as those in the major cities to enjoy the same benefits. Or is false advertising common practice at DSTV. The walka was advertised to all Dstv clients NO restrictions were mentioned in the adverts.
I feel that it is a disgrace that they would discriminate against clients in smaller towns. I think we as the paying customers should send emails to the consumer commissioners office and find out if they would be able to get a response from them.
