Well first of all it was not Multichoice that followed up on the 13 June - it was me that made about the fifth call to try and get my refund.
Your 7 working days was up yesterday and still no refund, I am now going to FSB and the Insurance Ombudsman.
Totally unethical on your part. How disgusting - you do know that you wont have exclusivity forever.
THE REFUND HAD BETTER BE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT AS GIVEN TO ME ON THE 5TH OF APRIL - GOSH 3 MONTHS AGO!!!
