On tuesday 03/09/13 i frequented the Casino, which i do as a regular customer. However when i tried to get my card out of the machine it appeared stuck.it took about 20 minutes for someone to help me and only after speaking to the bar staff-who at first were not interested in me -to get assistance.
Many waiters passed and although this is not there job, they should have the ability to guide casino guests to the right people of which there were not any.
I was told to lay a complaint at the front desk, which i did.i expect
on Friday i received a call from one of the staff any after explaining my complaint she said that a manager would phone me on Monday--I phoned on monday as i had not received a call from them.
I was again informed that a manager would contact me.
It is now 16:15 on Monday the 9th --talk about staff
