Good Day

Yesterday (06-09-2013) from morning 8AM till 7PM in the evening my DSTV was logged out and when i sent an SMS to enquire about my account to 31401 it replied that my balance is R45.83.To reconect i must pay R554.17 icludes a R50 reconection fee of R50, and R275 is due on the 1/10, the reference number for this message was 1137491908900.

I failed to understand this as i know personally i had paid the monies every month and that my account with multichoice was on time to date.

I am very updet at my loss for a whole day but knowingly i paid you guys i am a loyal customer and do feel that i should be reimburst with something from you guys for the loss i had. As if it were my fault i would have to pay R50 reconnection fee. So which ever way you reimbusre me i will be happy.

Please treat this matter as very important.
