Went to your offices at N1City two Sundays ago to cancel the decoder care contract on 2 of my single decoders, R20 per month each, received a statement yesterday and both decoders are still on the insurance to be billed for 01 February. What is the point of wasting my petrol and time when you cant be bothered to follow a simple instruction, I want this sorted out before the end of the month and the the insurance for only 2 decoders be cancelled.
