I really do struggle with Multichoice. June 2012 we had a fraudelant complaint, which they took care of for us. The amount was paid back into our account. Unfortunately it looks like their is no control over the debit orders. For we are struggling again with amounts that does not match our accounts and no response on our mail. It is of such a state that we are going to hand the matter over to the SAPD so that they can investigate the going on in debit orders.
