Not issueing tickets but deducting cash

This is not the first time that the computicket on line does not work HOWEVER the deduction from ones account works very well Then when you check for your tickets they have no knowledge of it and tell you TOUGH your loss we dont care!! I will never use computicket again They are useless artists.
