After speaking to DSTV customer care 3 times, they still have not corrected a mistake on our account.
On the 2nd of January we made our monthly payment at our local Spar, but with a wrong reference number (previously given to us by a DSTV consultant). On the 7th of January after realizing the error we spoke to Nelisiwe (ref:118576779), who told us to fax a letter to explain the situation. On the 11th after we realized the problem was still not soved we spoke to Palesa (ref:119041796), who told us to fax a letter like before with proof of payment, and a copy of my ID.
This morning I realized that the problem was still not solved, and phoned once again. This time we spoke Anwaar (ref: 119828889) who said that he will refer the matter to admin who will then follow up on the matter.
When will they ever sort out their problem? And why do I have to phone them 3 times, or maybe more to get things done? I really need this sorted out ASAP
