We booked for the mezzanine tickets for Disney on Ice, row RR J 789. What a dissapointment! We were left feeling disconnected from the show, the figures on the ice were so small you couldn't even see what was going on on the ice. People were using their cellphones to enlarge the images on the ice to be able to see better. How can the dome even THINK of offering these mezzanine tickets on sale for such a show as DISNEY on ICE? You are messing up the DISNEY brand's name? The layout of the dome is FAR TOO BIG for the small ice rink and the miniscule figures skating there. The choreography for DISNEY on ICE was too small for the Mezzanine seating and you could see NOTHING OF THE MAGIC OF DISNEY. NOTHING AT ALL and left DISCONECTED from the whole MAGIC SHOW THAT is being advertised. This is FALSE advertising and I want a full refund of my money COCA COLA DOME!!! If you go to the theatre, the layout and design is such, even if it is mezzanine tickets, you STILL feel connected to the stage and what is going on there, but the DOME seating should be NEARER and HIGHER to the stage (and not such a FAR DISTANCE AWAY. The result is a rip off of your money: R600 can buy a lot of food!
