TopTV... DSTV here I come

On the 24th of July i called the TopTv call centre and requested the balance due on my account as i needed to effect payment via my Credit Card. I was given an amount and the payment went through. Upon visiting my Mom two days ago (Who I bought the service for as I'm with DSTV myself) i noticed that the service had been suspended. i again called into their call center only to be told that i've paid short on the 24th July and that there's another amount due. I requested that they re-instate the service as i had been provided an incorrect amount due on the 24th July and my mom's now being disadvantaged by their error. I spoke to a "Supervisor" Minesh whom I found very unhelpful as his judgement seemed to be clouded by red tape and policy. I've since decided that I will cancel this service as there seems to be little understanding around billing issues in this company... i will rather buy a new decoder with DSTV and pay for installation than have a repeat of this billig fiasco. TOPTV.
