Contacting Multichoice is simply a nightmare. E-mails receive an automated response, simply stating that you will be attended to in 3 days - yeah right! Calls to the 011 numbers are at best answered after 10 minutes - worst 18, only to be directed to send an e-mail after telling you they have a backlog.
Nett nett - after 2 weeks from my first request, I still do not have the added channel requested, The account is still "unexplained"
