You listen to advertisements for about 5min long before you are put through to an agent, and we are paying for that call!!
If I want to see or listen to your adverts I will check on your website or on tv!
Not everyone has airtime or money to waste on listening to adverts, we are calling for assistance or help... not to listen to adverts!
