For the last couple of years I have been having the same problem... My decoder shows: your set top box is not properly connected. This only happens for a few channels. I have taken my decoder into a multichoice centre, then they replace it, 2 weeks same problems, done this twice. Then bought a new decoder, worked for 2 weeks, same problem. Had a agent come out to check signal strengh and quality, he said that it cannot be better...
I am at a loss, I need someone from multichoice to come out and solve my problem!!! I pay hundreds of Rands per month and more that half the time I cant watch my shows or record for that matter...
