I've been unable to view DSTV since Sunday 28 July 2013, but they expect me to pay a full account at the end of the month,
After spending 50 min with a consultant online and them admitting they know there is a problem with CAPE TV INTERFERRING WITH THEIR SIGNAL and I was told that they are not able to resolve my problem and would get a techincian to phone me as they might have to come out and reset the signal.
IT'S NOW WEDNESDAY AND I'M STILL NOT ABLE TO USE THE SERVICE I'M PAYING FOR. I WAS PROMISED THAT SOMEONE WILL PHONE ME THIS MORNING AND GUESS WHAT NO ONE PHONED.
