Wishing to cancel drifta subscription

I have decided to vote with my money. I have waited for well over two weeks and my signal remains scrambled. I am tired of listening to the beuracratic responses that yield no results. If I wanted to put myself through that pain I could have voluntarily interacted with government agencies. I want to cancel my subscription which I paid in full for the year. I want a refund for the remaining months including the month of July. I tried contacting the call centre but wasted my airtime waiting until it all ran out. Please have one of your agents contact me so I can instruct them to cancel my drifta subscription and give me my money back.
