I contacted multichoice regarding a debit order from my account (but i pay my account monthly via EFT)
My emails to them to update my contact details are ignored despite a confirmation from them and then they wonder why i short pay well because i am not receiving my account.
After a long discussion with Lebone Mashigo and numerous emails advising he will get someone to contact me regarding the cancelling of a debit order i never signed - i am still awaiting a call.
This call i have been waiting for since 2 JULY 2013.
much longer do i have to wait for a call?
