Unhappy Customer Poor and Very BAD Service

My service was disconnected recently, on enquiry I was told that an additional DStv Bouquet was added to my account and I was charged for it, apparently my account is in arrears as from the 22June 2013.We have spoken to so many Supervisors at the Call Center, had to visit the Randburg Head Office Branch three times already without any assistance, we have wasted weekend upon weekend to your branches where people gave us attitude. Despite speaking to the following people Khotso, Nonhlanhla, Supervisor Nqoko all our efforts in vain, we were asked to visit Randburg to listen to tape recordings, however when we arrive it was not available. We were welcomed by a rude Supervisor Kaone Setae who gave us her Managers name and number Manager Duke Seageng. 011 289 4159 I have phone that number several times and left messages they never phoned back, Kaone Setae then said we must come back the following Saturday which we came just to find the recordings was once again not available. I have wasted a lot of time and money and still without any success. Where did service delivery go? My ref no.:134509167
