PAY UP!!!

I have been busy calling the call centre with the same problem for the past 3weeks now. I was debited more money than what should have been debited, Ever since I have been calling the call centre for a refund yet nothings been done. Every time I call theres one story after another why i havent received my money. I REFUSE to wait another 7days to get my money back because I have waited for mnore than 7days to get my money. BRENDA TIBA and call centre agents like Nosipho Dladla and Kolosa need to start doing their jobs because this unnecessary and uncalled for, for me to be complaining about the same problem in a month. Work your magic or do something but 7 days is not what i will wait for to get my money back!!
