I bought a decoder second hand. I have been unable to view content on the supersport or ondemand websites. When I try to register my smartcard on my online account I get messages that the smatcard is linked to another profile. Initially I could understand this but after numerious emails to the supersport support and ondemand support technicians this is still a problem.

My DSTV works perfect but when I want to use these sites it is an absolute mess. Also when I receive emails that is has been resolved and I try to register my smartcard the problem still continues. My smartcard is also 11 digits but these websites only make provision for 10 digits.

What is the use of having a service if it is not being managed, and why on this earth can these support staff not pick up a phone and call me so that it can be resolved once and for all?
