Multichoice gives you the opportunity to switch between smartcards if you have two homes. They have a website where you can manage this switching yourself - [URL Removed] - BUT about a month ago this service stopped working. Now I have to phone each weekend if I want to switch smartcards, twice. It takes about 15-20 minutes for each call. I wrote to them a month ago and I was told they are working on the problem. At first I gave them the benefit of doubt, but I am getting increasingly frustrated as they do not fix the website problem. Do they want me to run 2 subscriptions at the same time? It certainly looks like it. I have decided that it will perhaps be better to carry my decoder and smartcard around each weekend instead of going through the frustration of calling and waiting on the phone. But then I unecessarily bought two decoders. BAD SERVICE
