Well it's great and fine now we have all the extra series channels (most of which are repeats) however I am very happy about some of the premier new series however once again DSTV lets us down at a crucial point - I didn't phone to lodge this problem because the last time I did phone to lodge a problem the technician spent 20 minutes arguing with me only for me to be proved right. So take note DSTV - channel 113 - we are not able to place any prompts ie reserve, book, place a reminder to ourselves for any programme on channel 113 via the personal programming guide - the system simply does not allow for it. We are able to do this on 114 and 115 but not 113. For what we are paying monthly this is really not acceptable. Please sort it out before I start suspecting you have all the technicians that failed matric working in your tech department.
